Any old T-shirt or muscle tank

Steps
1. Starting off with any old T-shirt. Choose one that is light-weight and easy to cut

2. Lay it down and starting from the neckline, cut a long scoop in the back, make sure the scoop is not too wide.
3. Cut your fabric square into 4 small strips about 10cm thick and fold it twice. The strips should be longer than the length of your scoop
4. Glue down the sides together and the edges to prevent anyfraying
5. To create the bow shape with the fabric. Pinch the middle of the fabric and secure it by wrapping a bit of the same material around it and glue it down with some fabric glue or sew it together.
